Who could beat Mike Tyson in his prime?

This a difficult question for me personally because I’m huge Mike Tyson fan. Being that I am a fan I’d like to think I know him a little bit.

If you go back to the Ruddick Bowe fight that went the distance. You can see this was the blueprint to beat Tyson. Ruddock was able to crowd him and take most of his shots.

Although Ruddock lost the fight he was able to frustrate Tyson because he was able to take Tyson’s punch.

Another fight was with Evander Holyfield. Although I thought Holyfield was using a lot of dirty tactics using his head as a weapon (headbutting) It gave Tyson a lot of problems because he couldn’t get any offense in.

In my opinion it will have to be someone with the size and skill of Lennox Lewis.

Does Mayweather vs McGregor hurt boxing?

I don’t like to waste my time getting into subject matter. Today I have something to say about the upcoming fight between Connor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather.

I like to think I’m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the sport and it’s history.

Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, George Foreman, Roy Jones Jr. Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Ken Norton, Sugar Ray Robinson, Ray Leonard etc.

Those are the fighters I grew up watching destroy each other and take the sport to astronomical heights.

Now there’s a new Sheriff in town and his name is Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr.

He’s been on top of the boxing game for a while now with his impressive 49-0 record. Floyd retired after beating Manny Pacquiao, and since then returned to the ring to take on an MMA legend in Connor McGregor.

No this isn’t a joke….. I’m dead ass foreal. Floyd Mayweather is taking the cheap route to break boxing record of 49-0 held by Rocky Marciano.

Many like me are absolutely disgusted by his decision and are boycotting the fight altogether.

Take a look at what those at ESPN think about the upcoming fight.

I’m not sure what caused him to be released, one can only guess at this point.

But in time I’m POSITIVE we will find out. I mean they all start talking after being done with the WWE. Look at Ryback, CM PUNK and the legendary Bret Hart.

So sit back, relax and wait for the clowning to begin. Until then check out my thoughts on the matter.
